Hosted by Bert Newton. Special Guests were: Australian film star Jack Thompson, UK stars Robin Nedwell (Doctor At Large), Geoffrey Davies (Doctor At Large), USA stars Burt Lancaster, Lawrence-Hilton Jacobs (Welcome Back Kotter), Susan Seaforth (Days Of Our Lives), Bill Hayes (Days Of Our Lives). The Awards were televised on the Nine Network.
The Logie Award Winners 1977 is a list of Australian television program Logie Awards winners and nominees. The awards are presented annually by the Australian television industry, currently as the TV Week Logie Awards, to recognise excellence in many areas of television, including acting, entertainment and news categories.
