CONVERTERS AND CONVERSION CHARTS
Cooking Measurement Charts
When using a recipe from another country, you should be aware that standard measuring utensils vary greatly. It isn't only that Australia uses metrics as our standard for
measuring, some of the measuring utensils also differ. For example an Aussie tablespoon is 20 ml while an American one is 16 ml. We hope the information below helps you with your recipes.

Length Measurement
Why a length chart in cooking? It can be helpful when you get a
recipe that says, "place the cookie dough 2 inches apart to allow for expansion during cooking"
or "cut the dough into 10 inch lengths."
