The Logie Award Winners 1970 is a list of Australian television program Logie Awards winners and nominees. The awards are presented annually by the Australian television industry, currently as the TV Week Logie Awards, to recognise excellence in many areas of television, including acting, entertainment and news categories.
Hosted by Bert Newton. Special Guests were: Miss World Penny Plummer, USA stars Peter Graves (Mission: Impossible), Robert Young (Marcus Welby MD), and UK star Peter Wyngarde (Department S). The Awards were again televised on the Nine Network. 1970 marked the first year the Logies was shown during prime time on TV.
