Black Dot Illusion

Count the black dots. How many do you see?

Don't believe us?

Take a piece of paper and make a small hole in it big enough to see only one of the white circles. Now look for a black dot. When you find one, hold your paper in front of your monitor letting only the white dot show (where you saw the black dot earlier).

What happened to your black dot? Did it ever come back? No? That's because it is an optical illusion (not a blinking animation). Our little display has fooled your brain into seeing something that is not really there. Pretty amazing !
