Here I Am – Australian Song

“Here I Am” is an Australian Song written by Fr. Robert Galea.

Here I Am is from the 12 track CD What A Day. It is a pleasure to listen to music that’s both spiritual and comforting on a very personal level.

I hope you enjoy his music as much as I have.

You’ll find 2 more songs by Fr. Galea to our website.

To the Ends of the Earth and Lift Me Up

His CDs and sheet music are available on his website (see below).

Fr. Robert Galea graciously allowed me to share with you an excerpt from Here I Am.

Here I am, In Your presence, resting gently.

Here I am, here before You, lost in silence,
with my hand in Yours.

I come, just to adore.

Here I am, In Your presence, resting gently.

Here I am, here before You, lost in silence,
with my hand in Yours.

I come, just to adore.

I’m like a child within his mothers arms,
a son before his dad,

beloved in her lover’s arms, that’s what I am with you.

Here I am, In Your presence, resting gently.

Here I am, here before You, lost in silence,
with my hand in Yours.

I come, just to adore.

I’m like a child within his mothers arms,
a son before his dad,

beloved in her lover’s arms, that’s what I am.

I’m like a child within his mothers arms,
a son before his dad,

beloved in her lover’s arms, that’s what I am with you.

That’s what I am. Here I am, in Your presence, unspoken.
