The Logie Award Winners 1982 is a list of Australian television program Logie Awards winners and nominees. The awards are presented annually by the Australian television industry, currently as the TV Week Logie Awards, to recognise excellence in many areas of television, including acting, entertainment and news categories.
Hosted by Bert Newton. Special Guests were: USA stars Cindy Williams (Laverne & Shirley), Ernest Borgnine (McHale’s Navy), Robert Urich (Vega$), Lou Ferrigno (Incredible Hulk), Genie Francis (General Hospital), Rod Taylor (film star born in Australia), and Swedish actress Britt Ekland (Bond girl). Performer: Olivia Newton-John. The Awards were televised on the Nine Network.
